Foi mto ruim, eu tava dormindo, acordei ppor volta de 1 e pouco da manhã com barulho na porta, alguém abriu a porta com chave, olhou pra dentro do quarto nesse momento eu ja fui levantando da cama, ai fecharam rápido e só ouvi os passos indo embora pelo corredor...irmão como dorme depois disso??? Simplesmente amanheci.

Quando da chegada, apesar de ter informado os dados para preparação da ficha de hóspede, nada foi feito, tendo que fazê-la numa folha em branco. O recepcionista atendeu-me com um pouco de má vontade. Pediu que seguisse um corredor e subisse as escadas, mas não informou que haviam duas escadas, onde subi a primeira, e não era onde deveria estar meu quarto. O quarto em si, bem como o banheiro, razoáveis. Não havia guarda-roupas. A limpeza e manutenção das áreas comuns, bastante descuidadas. O café da manhã foi razoável, com poucas variedades no cardápio. Já as recepcionistas dos dias subsequentes, muito atenciosas.

O que entrega não é o que promete.

AS instalações carecem de uma manutenção urgente, bem como moderniazação da mobília. A posição da escrivaninha não tem tomada próxima o que foi preciso mudar de posição para trabalhar com o computador.O banheiro não tem teto isolado do quarto o que reduz a eficiência do ar condicionado. O acesso aos apartamentos no nivel superior é inviável pois a escada é muito alta e não tem elevador. O refeitório é muito pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes do hotel. O estacionamento também não é compatível com a quantidade de hóspedes. Tive que deizar o meu carro na rua, em frente do hotel, que não tem estacionamento público.

Bom custo-benefício

Tudo razoável, compatível com a relação custo-benefício. Quarto simples (02) mas limpo e com box bom. Frigobar e ar condicionado OK, TV mais ou menos (e só alguns canais abertos e controle remoto desmanchando) e internet funcional mas fraca. Café da manhã modesto mas honesto (e só até às 9h). Pontos comerciais e de alimentação próximos ao hotel.

Muito bom, apenas detalhes a melhorar.

Acomodações muito boas, porém pode melorar adaptando as tomadas que ainda são antigas pelo novo padrão brasileiro (apesar que isso deve ser bom para alguns turistas extrangeiros), e disponibilizar uma tomada proxima a mesa. Obs. No quarto também tem tomadas já no novo padrão.

Péssimo

Quanto a recepção está de parabéns, porém, os serviços de quarto oferecidos como os lençóis , toalhas muito desagastadas ,chuveiro dando choque, não há acústico nos quartos as janelas do quarto ao fecha as cortina a iluminação ainda sim permanece , café da manhã sem opções, frutas então nem se fala ou seja tem tudo pra ser um bom hotel , porém acredito eu que os cliente para o proprietário não são prioridades.
