“It was a great stay”

“Clean room and properly. Breakfast is included which was excellent. Staff was also excellent as they were available, and always helpful. Also close to Manchester outlets”

“Cute family run lodge with excellent made to order breakfast.”

“The room was supposed to be 2 king beds, but it was 2 queens so we had to sleep in separate beds. When we walked in there were spider webs and various insects everywhere. The floor was very uneven with various holes. Some had toilet paper stuffed in them because there was no Kleenex provided in the room. The good parts were a large bathroom counter, a nice shower head, the tv worked, and the mattresses were decent. Keep in mind there’s no amenities, but it’s affordable compared to everything...

“Great stay! I’m so happy to have discovered this mountainside hideaway! The room was immaculate and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I will be staying here from now on whenever I am in this area!”

“Beds and bedding were super comfy but the room itself was rather small and dated.”

“Quiet and peaceful.”

“This property was fine for me, but it is definitely basic. The room was clean, but everything had an old, musty, basement-like smell. The towels and sheets looked laundered, but they had the same smell. The room exits to the outside, so it's pretty noisy. People sit outside to smoke, so you may have to deal with that. There are no amenities other than in-room coffee. Overall, it was fine. I would stay there again; just don't expect anything other than a place to sleep.”
