Mitchelleという受付の対応が最悪でした

チェックイン時、ホテルドットコムからの連絡がきていないと言われた。そこでMitchelleという女性が登場。ホテルから状況確認するようにお願いしたところ、自分でカスタマーセンターに電話をして確認しろとの一点張り。渋々自分で電話したところカスタマーセンターからホテルに連絡してくれることになり、その後チェックインできた。 相当待たされたあげく、Mitchelleからは謝罪もなく、最悪な印象でした。二度と泊まることはないし、経営者はスタッフのサービスの質を上げる教育をしてほしいです。
