โThe property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). Overall, won't recommend the hotel for the office and inconvenience โ
โExtremely pleased to stay at Five Elements Jodhpur . The hotel is extremely clean everywhere. The room was sound proof. Vegetarian food served at restaurant is freshly prepared and of superb quality. Every staff I came across was polite and helpful . Little increase in the water pressure in the bathroom is desired, but not essential.Only one shortcoming I could find after deep inspection is missing by of peep holes on room doors. ๐โ
โOne of the best stays that Iโve ever had. The property is beautifully designed - like a hidden cache of green, fertile ground in a desert.
The staff demonstrated high attentiveness without the overwrought, hammy nonsense that you receive throughout India. Instead, the staff seemed kind and dignified - an attitude commensurate with the beauty of the facility. The hotel advised us, at checkin, that we should not tip anyone until checkout - at which time, the hotel would share our tip across...
โOur family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resortโs two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints
. The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...
โThis is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time.โ
โOne of the most beautiful places Iโve ever been in India. Me and my family were shocked when we arrived to the property. Every detail was fantastic. They really know how to treat you as a tourist.

โOne of my favorite hotels I've stayed in India and there has been many. The room and facilities are wonderful so much charm and atmosphere. Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! โ
โI enjoyed my stay at the Krishna Prakash Haveli very much. The staff worked hard to make sure the place was clean and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the area was walkable to the clock tower, markets and Fort, if you don't mind a little uphill. I actually walked halfway to the Fort every morning to see the sunrise. The views of the Fort from the haveli are beautiful, especially at night, and my room, 134, even had a small balcony to sit on with a view of the Fort. Highly...
โItโs a very clean and well-maintained property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The rooftop restaurant offers a great ambiance and delicious food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience! โ
โThe hotel is in the old town. You have a nice view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant. The staff members are very hospitable. The room is clean but not up to Western standards.โ
