Exotic yet serene with amazing sea views and unse

Amarta beach cottages is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The breakfast which was included is really good and the on-site restaurant serves great food at any time of day. My cottage was a bit old but was very comfortable and clean and had air conditioning. It was worth staying here just for the beautiful sunsets and sea views:)

Great sea view. Access to a beach (direct when tide is low) which is rare in this area. Sea is a bit rough for little ones. Rustic in some of the finishings but awesome view from rooms. Lovely pool. Very accommodating restaurant (very reasonable). All in all a great stay. Would be good to have more trip options.

Excellent quiet cottages, very clean & cozy. Fantastic food in the restaurant! However, the mattress in my room was old and need to be replaced - while the AC was brandnew and not to be heard while working. The spa is nothing special and for Indonesia too expensive (200.000 Rp. per hour/massage, while it elsewhere is available for 100.000 Rp.) Staff: Extremely friendly & helpful, very nice!!!

If you are looking for some R & R ,to get away from the hustle of the city areas, this is a great place right on the beach. Not high end but a beautiful little resort. Staff are friendly and obliging. Food was good. Cabs are more than reasonable to go short or long distances. Very little beach and pool is small.

Schöne Lage am Meer! Das Frühstück hätte etwas üppiger ausfallen können. Abendessen ist im hauseigenen Restaurant hervorragend! Zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende Oktober 2018) wurde gebaut. Die Bauarbeiten dürften sich sicher noch um einige Monate hinziehen! Die Deluxe -Zimmer befinden sich jedoch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Baustelle.

A good place to stay.

I stayed seven nights, the first four on my own the when my wife joined me we upgraded for the last three nights. The first (room 10) was clean, didn't smell and had good aircon. All you can ask for in a budget room. The second room (room 25) was much nicer, but cost more. The staff are great. The restaurant is OK. The is a better restaurant just up the road which is pricier. Snorkeling is fun in front of the resort. Liked the pool and the massages. Glad I stayed here.

Сказать честно, мы очень огорчены отдыхом в данном отеле. Основная проблема была связана с проходящей в дни нашего пребывания стройкой, причем очень шумной. С самого утра и до самого вечера ломали здание. Находиться на территории отеля было невозможно. Мы вынуждены были с 8 утра придумывать для себя занятия за территорией и куда-то ездить. На наш взгляд, такое отношение к гостям недопустимо! Стройка была запланирована заранее, почему же нас не предупредили об этом и не отменили бронирование? Также возмутил тот факт, что сперва нам предложили номер самый близкий к стройке ( буквально окна выходили на здание, которое ломали). Номер был худший из возможных и только после нашей просьбы нам предложили другой, хотя бы на пару метров дальше! При этом в других, более дальних номерах, не было постояльцев! Зачем же предлагать худшее! Такое отношение к гостям и испорченный отдых очень огорчает! Ранее с подобным отношением мы никогда не сталкивались на Бали!У нас был бунгало средней категории ( с кондиционером). Хочу обратить внимание других гостей. что номера данного типа очень очень простые, номер по комфорту соответствует максимум 1 звезде. Нет ни шкафа, ни даже крючков! В ванне некуда даже повесить полотенце. Для этой цели, наверное, предполагается использование унитаза. Завтрак очень скромный (омлет с тостом или блинчик + совсем немного фруктов и кофе). Из плюсов: на своем небольшом пляже есть волнорез, что позволяет временами (когда нет течения) купаться без волн.

Front de mer !

Nous avions réservé un bungalow supérieur mais avons finalement eu l'opportunité de profiter d'une villa de luxe pour la fin de notre séjour a Bali. Ce logement très agréable était situé à l’étage, très bien agencé et bien meublé, à la déco contemporaine,disposant d'une terrasse, face a la mer et au spa. La jeune femme à l’accueil est des plus efficaces et sur tous les fronts. Elle nous a fait installer une moustiquaire alors qu'il n'y en a pas dans ces logements. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et fameux, tout le personnel est très agréable et souriant. On peut également profiter de la plage ou de la piscine, entre 2 massages .

Poor service from the male part of the staff...

The fast boats to Gili ejere cancelled White we States at the hotel. It is of couse NOT the staffs fault but it seem like they where not interested in helping us find alternative ways to get to the Gili trawangan. They just wanted us to stay for more nights. We had to plan it all our selves. We also had to plan other trips like to tirta ganga our selves. The restaurant staff was sweet and helpful.

Awesome accommodation and service

From arrival to depature this accommodation provided quality clean rooms and service. I had room 25 which was modern and the views were specatular. Sleeping with the door open and listening to the waves was soothing. Food was good and cheap but not high end. Great value and great staff. Highly recommend.

Bungalowanlage mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Gepflegte Außenanlage mit Super Meerblick. Speisen und Getränke im Restaurant schmackhaft. Tagestouren mit Fahrer relativ preiswert. Gebuchter Superior Bungalow war ok, mit A/C und Kühlschrank. Sonst recht spartanisch nur 3 Steckdosen, kein Tisch, kein Schrank, nur eine kleine Holzbank. Dusche und Toilette nach oben teilweise offen, und tropischer Bepflanzung. Für 4 Nächte ok. Aufgrund der offenen Bauweise der Dusche mit Toilette haben sich dann auch schon mal Ameisen und sonstige kleinere Tiere im Zimmer verirrt. Nachts ab und zu Geräusche von Tieren oberhalb der Zimmerdecke. Der abendliche Blick auf die See und das Meeresrauschen haben das Ganze dann doch relativiert.

Great view from the bed

We have been here three times in 3 years and are treated like royalty whenever we arrive. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people we know, especially Wayan and Koman. We enjoyed another 4 days here and planning on coming back again soon. You really can't beat the rooms right down the end past the pool, No 23 is our favourite.

I absolutely loved this place. My sister and I stayed in a standard room. There was only a fan and no air conditioner but it was not a problem. The location, area, garden, room, bathroom, and restaurant are all great. There are nice restaurants and a couple of nice shops nearby. I recommend that you get a scooter or something to explore the area. I would come back to this place again. The swimming pool is quite small but nicely located. There is a small beach but may not be accessible during high tides.

Paradise found

The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced with plenty of shaded seating with nice breezes coming off the water. The staff were all lovely. It was so relaxing and the gardens are attractive and there was views of the water from my sweet room. I'll be back. I liked that there was a small white sand beach near the entry with clean water where I swam as an alternative to the pool. The aromatherapy massage in the Amarta spa was divine and a good price.
