"When we checked into the hotel, in late afternoon, there were "No" towels in our room. My wife called house keeping and told them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an hour with "No" towels in our room, I called "Housekeeping, Room Service and the Check in counter to tell them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an additional forty-five minutes with "No" towels in our room, I went to the lobby to talk to the Manger.
After fifteen additional minutes later someone brought towels to our room. Ten minutes later someone else brought additional towels to our room. And fifteen minutes someone else brought more towels to our room."
