새각보다 좋습니다.굿굿 ㅎ

급하게 출장이 잡혀서 숙소를 어떤곳을 잡아야 하는지 걱정을 많이 했고 특히 준비 기간이 부족해서 여러가지를 생각해볼 겨를도 없이 여기를 선택하게 됐고 여행이 시작 되었는데 도착해보니 생각보다 여러가지 면 에서 괜찮았습니다. 비교적 깨끗했고 조용 했으며 친절했습니다. 다시 케손시티로 여행 한다면 이곳을 숙소로 택하고 싶으며 여러분께도 추천 드립니다.

It was unfortunate that our family room had electrical trouble right on the first day of 2020. No lighting, no aircon, main power link busted; we had to moved to two separate rooms at a lower floor at 2:30 am.

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Great building architecture 3. Big spaces 4. Good comfy beds and pillows 5. Air con is really good and cold 6. Kitchenette with mini fridge, mini sink, portable kettle Cons: 1. Elevator - Slow - For our whole stay only one out of the 2 was working ang haba ng pila one time we took the stairs from the ground flr to 10th flr - We were there one day both elevators were down 2. Cleanliness issues - Dirty dishes were at the fire exit door for 2N/3D - They don’t scrub bathroom floors or sweep the rooms - All the fire exit doors are always open so kitang kita they are using the landings as storage for extra beds, boxes tapos when we were there parang may nag inom pa sa fire exit kase may natapon na beer at maraming beer bottles 3. Crowded - They rent their penthouse restaurant so laging busy ang lobby, elevators at ph 4. The whole seems to need a lot of TLC, the walls are dugyot na and some furnitures are falling apart especially sa ph 5. Noise issues - Rinig na rinig ang mga tawanan at usapan sa rooms at night

dirty. nothing was cleaned. room was dirty. hotel was dirty. everyday had to talk to manager about something. never any clean towels in room sheets on bed smelled dirty. even plates and cups in dining area were dity. I wouldn't even stay here for free. this hotel should be closed

There's a puddle of water on the floor. The puddle of water was found between the sink and the tv cabinet. This wasn't reported since I checked in late at night and preferred to rest. The rubber mat in the toilet seemed dry, but it isn't underneath. I almost stumble when I step on it. No black pouch containing toiletries found.

Price is very reasonable . The staffs are very accommodating . The taste and the serving size of the food is very generous. I keep on coming back in this hotel every time I need to stay in Quezon City. I hope they will look into improving the area where the breakfast is being served to make it more cozy.

good value, good location

good clean spacious room at a good price. even had a spacious balcony to add. breakfast was good although I found the coffee a bit too thin that's why I opted for orange juice from the second day on. Limited parking space in the front and basement but did manage to find a spot every time I got there. Overall, pretty good value for money

One solo night stay at west avenue suites

The checkin process was a little bit slow. However, when I got into my room, the room was big and clean. Water pressure was good and air conditioning system was running very well. Internet connection needs to be improved.

They were able to give me an invoice even though i booked thru expedia. Would be better if they use a paper with the hotel letter head. Breakfast offering can also be improved and if can serve earlier than 7am.

Roaches

The hotel staff is the only thing I’d give a thumbs up as far as service but there were many things that were out of their hands not to mention they were all young and poorly trained for minor problem solving. after transferring twice because of leaking showers, loud malfunctioning a/c and a terrible case of roaches. We had no choice but to deal with it for the length of our stay since other hotels in the area were worse upon visiting.

Fairly good hotel

My family and I stayed for two weeks. Room was a good size for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to two major malls for the area. We only had two minor issues: 1. Internet was slow slow during the day and sometimes went out completely. I do a lot of remote work, and it was difficult. I think they share with the businesses on the first floor. No wired internet only wireless, which can be problematic depending on the number of guests. 2. We had the family suite, and with two kids the lack of a microwave in the room was quite a disappointment. Eating out all the time and no way to reheat leftovers. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.
