“The Katebe Gallery was an amazing place to stay. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of Maputo. The staff are top tier and very friendly and helpful. Only downside (if you could call it that) is that the area is very quiet with not much going on in the evening- and everything requires a taxi across the bridge ”

“requested airport pick up and didnt show up at night. room was big but not comfortable. overall hotel was good except the room. food was not that good. too expensive on that cost. staffs are nice just very slow..view was great, can see the harbor. ”

“Veldig fint rom, med egen kjøkkenkrok og balkong. Frokosten var OK, med et meget stort utvalg kaker:) Noe problemer under innsjekk, da de ikke fant betalingen min før etter litt for lang tid. Bra lokasjon. Mitt favoritthotell i Maputo! :) Bare noen få solsenger ved bassenget, men ettersom ingen andre gjester syntes å være interessert i sol og bading hadde jeg hele bassenget for meg selv! Ypperlig! ”

“When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED. In...
