"2/10 - and the 2 points are only because Luciano and the limited staff on site genuinely tried to help us despite impossible conditions. This place is, unfortunately, a scam in its current form. Expedia advertises amenities and facilities that simply do not exist in reality. There is no restaurant, no bar, no pool bar, no common TV areas, no proper reception, no manager on site, no meeting rooms, no laundry facilities, no accessibility infrastructure, and no WiFi either. The property is still under heavy construction and should not be operating as a hotel at these prices. What is shown in the photos and listed in the amenities appears to reflect a future project, not the current reality. Expedia advertises this as a fully functioning hotel experience, but what guests actually find is closer to a half-finished construction site with only a few completed rooms. Room was advertised as having a kitchenette. In reality, it only had a counter, a kettle, and a small fridge. No mugs, no glasses, no utensils, no water — nothing that qualifies as a kitchenette. The room itself was relatively clean, but the rest of the property was not. Garbage was visible around the premises and we even saw a rat near the pool area at night. There is very little understanding of comfort. Not even a chair in the room. We stayed only because we had already paid and had no alternative. This has potential in the future, but right now the price and the advertised features do not match the reality."

"Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not maintained and the basic functions, heating/cooling, lack of cleanliness, plumbing and response to immediate and continuous issues was poorly handled. We had to leave. We were moved from 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with overwhelming moisture and cooling failure and a disgusting mildew odor. There were casual efforts to open windows and spray something that did nothing. The moisture and mold issues were obviously li standing. We were moved to other rooms on the 1st floor and then to two alternative ones on the 1st floor, with the same issues with plaster and light fixtures literally falling off the wall due to moisture. The doorman actually tried to bring us into and occupied room and the women was shocked, and scared. The rooms are actually falling apart. The staff is clearly expecting these concerns but they truly have no ability to fix the issues. They say ownership have been notified of the extensive issues and they “seem to do nothing” . The staff is helpless to correct any of it . We had to leave. We may or may not get our money back but the place is uninhabitable and should not be rented until overhauled. "

"The booking I had requested to be changed to 31 December was booked for 31 January and we had no accommodation for the evening of the 31 December. This I discovered when I informed the person who works for or owns the lodge on the 31st of December that we would see him that evening. I am still waiting for my refund as he then informed us he is fully booked so can no longer assist us. He also said it was my responsibility to check the invoice to make sure he had put the correct date on it even though in my message to him I clearly stated the 31st December."
