Had a very small room with a “view” of somewhere of the tech spaces of the building. For the price I paid - I stayed in better conditions. The staff is very friendly and caring, the building is big enough - but that’s about it, unfortunately. Very low value.

Reserve en el hotel “DORA” y cuando llegue me mandaron a otro hotel perteneciente a un sindicato ferroviario por falta de lugar. Hotel “ASTOR”. Háganse cargo alguna vez del servicio que dan!!!!!

Lo único verdaderamente bueno que encontramos fue la ubicación. Inmejorable. La habitación tenía vista al mar. Pero fue lo único. La habitación tenía aspecto de viejo. El placar estaba descascarado y con manchas de humedad. Las canillas del baño duras. Había que esforzarse para abrirlas y cerrarlas. La bañera no tenía agarraderas, muy necesarias para personas con dificultades de movilidad, ni alfombra antideslizante El agua caliente tardaba en aparecer. La piscina es inaccesible para personas con problemas de movilidad. Y de un tamaño ridículo. Parece una pileta para niños. El ascensor no llega hasta el piso de ella. Ofrecen un ascensor de servicio MUGRIENTO para completar el trayecto. Nos quedamos solo una noche de las tres reservadas. Nos prometieron un reintegro por el resto, que todavía no hemos recibido.

Desgaste total

Lamentablemente fue muy decepcionante mi elección, ya que el hotel tanto en servicio, atención, ubicación y demás fue altamente negativo. Muy mala experiencia ya que pareció un hotel de 2 estrellas o menor en lugar de 4 estrellas como dice ser y motivo por el cual lo habíamos contratado. Las instalaciones son lindas pero el servicio brindado lamentable, desde la atención del personal, el desayuno ofrecido, etc. Arruinaron toda la buena expectativa y predisposición que tenía de las vacaciones. Una gran pérdida de energía y dinero. Tampoco tuve la oportunidad de usar la piscina climatizada ni sauna pues las condiciones y los contingentes hospedados lo hicieron casi imposible. No lo recomiendo en absoluto como un hotel 4 estrellas.

Muy bueno el hotel!! Hace más de 30 años que voy a Mar del plata y siempre soñe en hospedarse en este hotel pero era inalcanzable. Ahora está a un precio acordé a mis posibilidades. Muy bueno. Lo recomiendo!!!!!

Estuve una sola noche y nos teníamos que ir antes del horario del desayuno. Gentilmente nos ofrecieron un pequeño desayuno 40 minutos antes. Muchas gracias!

La habitacion muy standard, sin detalles nuevos, bastante antigua. El resto del hotel estaba bien, teniendo en cuenta la antiguedad del mismo. El precio del estacionamiento en la pagina decia $ 140.00 por dia y me cobraron $ 200.00. Quiza habria que actualizar la pagina.

Hotel con buena ubicacion

Para destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal desde que llegas en recepcion los que ayudan con las valijas los mozos y las mucamas. El hotel tiene buena recepcion. Como saque una oferta estrella parece que no era de las mejores porque la habitacion era interna muy oscura y con un baño de minimas dimensiones y sin frigobar. Tenganlo en cuenta. No me parece un hoyel de 4 estrellas

Si bien es un hotel remodelado hace apenas unos pocos años, los lugares comunes presentan una apariencia màs importante, propia de los hoteles 4 estrellas, cosa que en las habitaciones no se puede observar. Considero que necesitarìan modernizarse, màs allà de encontrarse en buenas condiciones en cuanto a higiene presentan un mobiliario muy antiguo.

Un hotel de no más de 2 estrellas

El Hotel Dora está muy bien ubicado frente al Casino de Mar del Plata. El servicio de limpieza es diligente. Sin embargo y a pesar de exhibir 4 estrellas, no llega a más de una o dos estrellas a nivel internacional: Las sábanas y toallas tienen olor excesivo a lavandina; las habitaciones son pequeñas, antiguas y mal iluminadas; la piscina es muy chica y con exceso de cloro (al punto de volverse irrespirable). Nuestra estadía fue corta (3 días), en caso contrario hubiéramos cambiado a otro hotel de mejor calidad.

El hotel está bien en términos generales. Lo que sí se nota que es muy antiguo y no ha sido modernizado, ya que cuenta con los mismos pisos antiguos de granito y parquet y mobiliarios originales. También los baños son antiguos. Sólo se ve que se restauró la parte de comedor y lobby. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Creo que estaría bien si fuera calificado como tres estrellas y no como cuatro.

Excelente ubicación

Tengo una sugerencia para hacerles, Uds. deben aclarar el nivel del servicio que ofrecen, porque me encontré con que había habitaciones al frente del edificio y con otro confort de la que contraté yo y por supuesto con otro precio.- En el Hotel me aclararon que todas las habitaciones que se contratan por v/medio son del tipo de la que me asignaron. Por lo demás ninguna otra queja de mi parte.- Gracias
