Ótima pousada, não fica a beira mar mas é bem próxima da praia. Boa estrutura, piscinas, bar, restaurante e redes para descanso. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, e a educação da equipe é um ponto a destacar, muito atenciosos, gentis e prestativos. Com certeza ao voltar na cidade, me hospedarei novamente.

Minha experiência foi péssima. No último dia de estadia ficamos sem água no quarto, das 18h às 12h do dia seguinte. Fizemos diversos contatos com a recepção e não foi resolvido o problema. Ao perguntar o que havia acontecido no momento do check-out, disseram que a água estava fraca porque estavam enchendo a piscina. Absurdo isso. Nunca mais voltarei.

Limpeza impecável - ótima estrutura

De todas as 7 hospedagens que ficamos em nossa viagem de 12 dias em Alagoas, a Pousada Ponta de Mangue foi a com a limpeza mais impecável que tivemos. Otima estrutura - Todos os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã foi excelente. Para quem deseja pé na areia, essa não é a opção, apesar da pousada ser a beira-mar. Para chegar a praia precisa andar por uma trilha de 450 metros bem arborizada e bem cuidada, cheia de macaquinhos. Tem bar de praia cujo atendimento é excepcional com preços denteo da média da região (que é cara). Único ponto que tivemos de inconveniente foi que em um dos nosso jantares o garçom (que era novo no servico) esqueceu de lançar nosso pedido no sistema. Ficamos esperando um tempão para omwe 2 hambúrguers, sendo que outras mesas que chegaram depois de nós e pediram refeição mesmo foram atendisos, comeram, foram embora e os nossos hambúrgueres ainda não tinham saído.

Entäuschende Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist gesamt sehr klein, dass Bad sehr beengt und verfügt über eine simple Ausstattung. Die Bauweise des Gebäudes ist minimalistisch, die Türen klappern, die Zimmer hellhörig und die Toilettenspülung erfüllt nicht ihren elementaren Zweck. Bei der Reklamation ist das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und bemüht aber der Mangel wird trotzdem nicht behoben. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich auf einfachen Standard. Insgesamt ist die Pousada ohne Charme und sehr einfach gehalten. Sie steht in keinem Verhältnis im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für internationalen Standard deshalb nicht zu empfehlen.

A localização é boa, local muito aconchegante. Café da manhã é bom, um ponto negativo é o chuveiro esquenta demais, ainda é chuveiro convencional e poderia ter um elevador pra levar as malas pro primeiro andar, tive que subir as escadas com malas.

Sensacional ! A localização é privilegiada, onde é possível caminhar até a praia por um caminho arborizado, passando por um redário. E o mais incrível é a cozinha. A melhor tapioca que comi, até hoje. E, com certeza, a melhor do mundo. A equipe é atenciosa, e sempre disposta a ajudar.
