"The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which...

"O hotel ainda está em finalização em relação a obra. Operários em todos os cantos do hotel. O Atendimento é bem ruim ainda, falta treinamento para a equipe da recepção. Equipe da recepção sem o mínimo de cordialidade. Totalmente desproporcional a proposta da eede. A estrutura depois de 100% entregue irá ficar maravilhoso. Recomendo, porém precisa melhorar muito o atendimento da equipe da recepção."

"The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back. "
