"Overall this is an overpriced hotel! Pros: location is good, walking distance to mangal das garças and “old village”. Nice breakfast and lovely outdoor seating. Cons: room had a pile of dirty at the entrance. There was only one iron available (staff was unable to bring it to your room, you had to go downstairs to grab it and they took 10 minutes to find it(?) - overall the experience was disappointing. "

"Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel. C'est un lieu sécurisé avec un système de digicode personnalisé par client. Chambre spacieuse. Par contre, il faudrait améliorer l'insonorisation des chambres, même au niveau des odeurs. L'horaire du petit-déjeuner n'est pas respecté tant pour le début que pour la fin. Quant au service proposé, il n'y a pas de serviettes de bain mis à disposition et les draps et tapis de chambre/SDB sont à changer (déchirés ou mauvais état)."

As funcionárias são mal humoradas, não dão atenção nenhuma, você precisa se virar pra tudo sozinho. Fiquei duas noites e não arrumaram o quarto nenhuma vez, nem se quer perguntam se você precisa de alguma coisa. Localização boa, mas não tem estacionamento. Se for de carro, vai precisar deixar na rua. No geral é um lugar razoável, porém o valor da diária...
