"This hotel always has many vacant rooms. Why is that? The communication at this hotel is non-existent and incredibly one-sided. They are lightning-fast when it's in their favor, but they conveniently ignore you when a problem arises. I requested a change/refund, but they waited until it was too late to reply, only to use that delay as an excuse to deny my request.
They claimed they were too busy with emails to respond sooner, yet magically replied within minutes as soon as I mentioned leaving a bad review. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They clearly do not care about their guests, only about keeping your money. Avoid this place at all costs."
