The property is a traditional old Spanish-style house with interior gardens, and that character is the appeal. It feels authentic and peaceful, a nice contrast to the busier streets outside. That said, it's worth setting expectations: this is not a luxury hotel and doesn't try to be. Don't expect resort-style amenities or modern polish. The rooms and facilities reflect the age and style of the building. If you want charm, a great central location, and a comfortable base for exploring Marbella, this is a good fit. If you're looking for high-end amenities and a contemporary feel, you may want to look elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to travelers who appreciate character over luxury.

Perfect location in the old town next to some fabulous restaurants and bars. Beautiful Spanish style building and decor. Clean and comfortable room with safety deposit box. Quick and easy check in by a lovely lady.

Perfect break

I stayed for three nights in May 2016 and this hotel is perfect for a short break. It is located in the old town and everything is on the door step; shops bars & restaurants but also beautiful old churches & gallerys. For such a busy location by day it is peaceful by night ensuring a good nights sleep. The beach is 10 minutes away as are regular buses that run all along the coast. The two ladies who run the hotel are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The bedrooms need updating. The room ceiling fan didnt work, the water comes out of the shower over the floor, the sink was loose. The staff were friendly but nobody about in the morning. The aircon in room was on the blink and 'whirred' all night. I wouldnt stay there again.

Great small Hotel in Old Town. Everything is on your doorstep. We had a bright corner room. Simple smart design which is suitable for the character of the house. The bed was very comfortable. The aircon heated up the room well but not the bathroom, which was cold( in January) Would return and stay here again.
