โThe hall was very calm, fournitures were clean but some conditions were a bit irregular such as there was no slippers in the bathroom, tv station without the remote control.โ
โGood hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym Iโve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. โ
โThe property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who donโt stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I donโt know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating youโฆ really I felt unsafeโฆโ
