★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) I was very disappointed with my experience at Leon Hotel. I booked and paid from the United States for a room for two adults for two nights, with breakfast included. However, my guests were told only one person could have breakfast, something that was never disclosed during booking or check-in. The hotel also charged $10 per bottle of water, without informing my guests in advance. Even worse, the Wi-Fi and hot water did not work throughout most of their stay. Despite repeated calls to the front desk, no one came to fix the problems. The Wi-Fi password was only provided on the morning of checkout, making it useless. The room was not as clean as expected, customer service was poor, and my messages to the hotel went unanswered. I regret choosing this hotel for my guests and expected much better for the price paid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Leon Hotel and will not book there again.

I had a terrible experience at Leon Hotel, which ruined the start of my vacation. I arrived on Monday and initially got a beautiful room, but there was excessive noise from construction work. I asked to change rooms, which they did, but the new room was dirty and had a strong smell like it hadn't been cleaned. I asked to change again, and they gave me a room with a beautiful view. However, issues continued: • WiFi was off in the room. • On the second day, there was no water for showering. I spoke to the manager, who promised to fix the issue, but initially, I had to go out without showering or brushing my teeth. • I paid for a 3-day stay, but honestly, it was the worst experience ever. It ruined my holiday. • Because of this, I booked another hotel in the city. The reception and staff at Leon Hotel were nice and welcoming, but they didn't seem to have the power to make things better due to system

Le Good.
