"We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water.
The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

"Insgesamt ein tolles neues Hotel. Der Adult-Bereich mit Pool und Spa ist jedoch 150 m Fußweg entfernt. Schöner Saunabereich, leider im Keller, daher sehr schlechte Luft. Frühstück sehr gut, Umgebung toll. Viele Gaststätten. Ich möchte nicht im Winter hier sein, wenn noch mehr Menschen da sind . Dafür ist die Infrastruktur (Liftanlagen, Parkplätze) nicht ausgelegt. 95% polnische Gäste, deutsche Kommunikation kaum vorhanden.
Preise fast wie in Deutschland. "

"Fantastic location—just a short walk to the center of Szklarska Poręba. The apartment was super clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The view of Szrenica Mountain was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!"
