Their security was also very thorough.
It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast is also very good.

"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "

"Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid.
The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting.
The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close...

"A true 5 star hotel in this part of the world. Most hotels which claim to be stars tend to at best 3&1/2 to 4 stars by European and North American standards. But this one was truly exceptional. The friendliness of the staff to good and service is impeccable. Keep it up"
