I am sorry you were not happy with your stay.If only you had let us know, I am confident we could've fixed your issues.There are smaller pillows in the cupboard for your comfort. If you had contacted reception, we could've told you.We generally get great reviews about our breakfast, If we knew what was wrong, perhaps we could've prepared something different for you.In the future, please let us know when you are not satisfied so we can rectify the problem for you immediately. Dear Danyell,We checked with the housekeeping team again, just to make sure the marks were not there previous to your check in. Considering the severity of the marks, we are confident this would have been seen by our team if they were there prior to your check in. We were able to get a professional company in that specialises in removing stains from wood furniture and this was a success. So, as a result of this success, we have refunded 400 of the initial 500 we charged you for furniture replacement. This should be in your account within 3 working days.Kindest regardsJustin
