“We stayed here for two nights.But on the second day, something unbelievable happened. When we got back to the accommodation, our luggage was all moved to another room by the staff and our room was occupied by another guest. Our new room was very messy and small with no kitchen and no sofa bed. Is it possible to open the door and move the guest’s luggage without any contact?
