"The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. But the real showstopper was breakfast: fresh pastries, local specialties, warm dishes, and an impressive spread that made every morning a delight. Highly recommended!"

"Unser gesamter Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm und entspannend. Wir bekamen ein sehr geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf die Stadt und zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die defekte Klimaanlage. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin Anastasia herzlich und aufmerksam empfangen, was den Ton für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt vorgab.
