My room was by the elevator, so I practically couldn’t sleep for two nights. Food at the restaurant is average. Staff are wonderful. Hotel has excellent location and spa facility (except gym is too small and under equipped). Need to improve and amend food and coffee at the breakfast.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen, es geht ein wenig bergauf und bergab. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein tolles Frühstück genossen und hatten rundum einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

The hotel is comfortable but the facilities are disappointing. The dining room restaurant is drab. No garden or nice public areas. Staff is friendly. Definitely not up to 5 star standards. The hotel website needs to be more forthcoming so that people who book can know what to expect.

Fremragende modtagelse og lækker velkomst snack. Rent værelse og god seng. Afslappet, rent og dejlig poolområde. Aftensmaden i restauranten var under middel, sejt kød, kedelig buffet og meget af den varme mad var kold. En uhørt overpris for en dårlig kvalitet mad. Morgenmad god, men ikke prangende. Samlet bedømmelse er god, men restauranten trækker niveau ned.

Perfect location to walk everywhere! Loved it!

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!

A stunningly beautiful romantic spa hotel

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is located in the center of Karlovy Vary, close to everything. A stunning high-class hotel, highly recommended.
