"Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa...

"We loved our stay at Hotel Alpspitz. We booked two rooms and both were so comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Very room and great mountain views. Parking was nice and the breakfast spread was great every morning. Felix was a great host, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the region again. "A true gem in the Austrian alps. We had the most wonderful stay with our little dog. Staff and service was personable and attentive, room spacious, clean and luxurious. The food was delicious including a marvellous breakfast spread with anything you could wish for."

"You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day)."
