"Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen. Während ich bei anderen Ferienparks das dreifache nur für die Unterkunft bezahlt hätte, war hier wirklich alles im Preis...

"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Bei Ankunft niemand da. Nachdem wir eine Telefonnummer gefunden haben, dauerte es weitere Minuten bis jemand da war. Reserviert waren zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, da ich mit meiner 88 jährigen Mutter angereist war. Wir bekamen Zimmer 8 im 1. OG und Zimmer 9 im 2. OG Auf Anfrage wann es Frühstück geben würde, kam die Antwort am nächsten Tag kein Frühstück verfügbar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbueffet fand an keinem Tag statt!
