“Simply perfect, safe, quiet, convenient, very helpful staff and easy parking”

“The code for the room was wrong. The message from the hotel was also really briefly, with 2words and 2 numbers. Luckily we get a new code, where it was cleared that the hashtag was missing. Fridge was noisy, and it shaked the microwave so we had to plug out. Bathroom is a diaster, with rotten curtain rod. Bed is narrow. Walls are thin. We woke up for the morning alarm ringed in the next room. Location is wrongly pinned on hotels, but googlemaps helps you find it. But good point: cheap.”

“Our stay at Harmony Park Spa had both highs and lows. Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. Even though I provided my confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, the staff could not find it, and it took approximately 45 minutes to get us checked in. Throughout the process, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or answering our questions. I also asked on five separate occasions about booking a horseback riding lesson, but never received any assistance or...

“Very good place”

“Great breakfast, spa and peaceful surroundings.”

“Indre from reception was really friendly and helpful, would go an extra mile. The other member of staff Arvydas wasn’t so nice. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, however one big disappointment was that windows didn’t open. And I prefer fresh air over the AC. It would be nice if this would be included in booking information.”

“Great hotel, very well located, breakfast is good. It has air conditioner lol and the facilities are really good highly recommended.”

“A+”

“Best point of the hotel is its close proximity to Kaunas bus station and train station to reach other parts of Lithuania. Room was cozy and neat, and I could see buzzing road outside through window. Little amenities given but it’s not a big problem in my case. However, constant small noise of ventilation has hindered my sleep since I’m pretty sound sensitive person. Maybe other rooms are fine but this was small shortcoming of my stay.”
