It permeated the air and made it very difficult to sleep even after I went to the store, bought Febreeze and sprayed it everywhere. My husband did ask for another room and the associate at the desk, reluctantly offered one upstairs but said it was against hotel policies since they liked to keep the guests with pets on the first floor. “The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was ready on time. The pool was repaired and ready for use. The bath water was comfortable. All lights, appliances, switches, and receptacles were working. The staff was friendly and ready to assist.”

“I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.”
