“Staff was awesome. But y’all need to have more free water.”

“This place is a dump. WE FOUND A BULLET IN THE PARKING LOT, the facilities are totally run down and they allow the homeless to use the facilities. The hotel seems to have started some kind construction that has not been continues. Pool closed. Breakfast food has been reheated several times. We are in the process of reaching out to authorities to have the place inspected. Front desk guy very understanding but management is totally unresponsive. ****AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!***”

“방에서 냄새가 나서 교체요청 후 교체해줌. 아침식사는 별로임.”

“Well, first of all, we did not get the room that we thought we had booked. We had asked for a junior suite. Instead, we were given an average size room on the main floor. We had hoped for more space. What the room did have was a shower that could accommodate my handicap, and that was a plus.”

“The room was dirty on arrival. Chairs stained and dirty. Had to lay bed sheets over them to use. Found someone else’s hair comb beside bed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer but only one set. So very time consuming for customers to wash clothes. Also a random person knocked on my door after midnight after I had ordered food delivered earlier in the night. Did not answer but very sketchy. Overall, not the best experience.”

“The free breakfast and 24 hr coffee is wonderful.”
