"The only good thing was the nice staff and location. The hotel was run down and dirty. The room smelled like smoke and there were hairs found in the sheets and all around the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing. Pool and hot tub closed. It is hard to understand the number of good reviews for this hotel. "

"Overall, the location to the entrance of the park was good and the staff were supportive, as well as the view of the roaring river. My only issue was that I wished the sliding glass doors had screens so that you can leave the doors open for ventilation. The room had a bad smell as a result. People don't open the doors so as not to let the bugs in. This would be a big plus. Other than that, everything was fine and I probably will consider returning."

"We didn’t end up staying at this hotel. First room was filled with bugs. 2nd room the living room sofas were stained with red stuff, bugs in the tub and the water was yellow. 3rd room their “newest” building was not any better. We ended up booking a room at a different hotel and requesting a full refund. The staff tried to be accommodating but the hotel was just not what we expected. Would not re-book here again. "
