“Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more...

“We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels.”

“Un établissement simple et très accueillant. De nombreux détails montrent que le personnel est très investi. Le gérant est très agréable. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la partie orientale du Bodensee. Il est possible de se rendre facilement à Lindau en train, éventuellement en se stationnnant près de la gare de Begenz, à quelques km.”
