Erholung pur im Südtirol

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden ins Südtirol zu fahren. Die Ankunft war super, Empfang top und das Hotelzimmer genau so wie beschrieben. Service beim Abendessen nicht so super (Zeitdruck, Service Mahlzeit etc.) - den gleichen Zeitdruck haben wir auch am Abreisetag gespürt als wir gefragt wurden wann wir abreisen. Kleines Service-Problem. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar und wir nehmen das Hotel als Top-Tipp für unsere nächsten Aufenthalte. Kleine Abzüge noch für „kein Föhn im Zimmer“ standardmässig, WC-Papierqualität, Fitness- und Yogaraum ist im gleichen Zimmer und schliessen sich gegenseitig aus - aber das sind eher Verbesserungstipps als wirkliche Reklamationen. Macht weiter so - das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell, die Location sowieso.

Suite fantastica con vista spettacolare ma la cosa migliore resta il ristorante con piatti buonissimi, delicati, anche se le porzioni non sono per niente abbondanti. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con formula prima colazione e mezza pensione. Il personale, soprattutto nel ristorante e' super gentile.

Mixed bag

Room was good and nice size. Some noise from the train. Food was ok but not great and at dinner on the salty side. Service in the restaurant was terrible. Everything took forever. One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start. Owner came by at the official starting time asking if we would join. We said yes, of only we could finish the delayed dinner. No apologies nor intervention from his side to speed things up. Wine seminar was very informative though (only in German)
