"Üç senedir tercih ettiğimiz bu otelde 10 günlük bir tatil yaptım; gerçekten son derece başarılı bir işletme. Bizi kırmayıp normalde kalacağımız odadan daha büyük bir odaya geçmemizi sağladılar, bu durumdan son derece memnun kaldım. ​Odanın konumundan dolayı internet pek çekmiyordu ancak bu bizim için çok önemli bir kriter değildi. Kaldı ki önceki senelerde konakladığımız iki farklı odada internet konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamamıştık; sadece bu son kaldığımız odada böyle ufak bir problem...

"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. "The room was smaller than I have paid for. I have paid extra ~20 euro to be in Family Room and I was put in Standard (quadruple room). The cleanliness was decent (the sheets were clean, but the curtains were very dusted). It was a very small room, barely enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The location was next to the see and it was quite at night."
