On my arrival not given the room that I booked, had to wait for 5 hours in the lobby until it became available and then cleaned, the hotel staff seemed to think this was exceptable and considering I arrived at approx. 0400 after a night flight and was really tired was just left there.While awaiting for my room came across at least another 6 families with the same issue. I then had an issue with my door locked which resulted in me being locked out of my room for 2 hours while they found away into my room. At no point did any senior member of staff apologise to me and I felt as a single person very much alone and if I could have I would have returned home after just one day.

Flott sted, men på tide med en make over :-)

Bodde her 9 døgn under Rally Tyrkia. Flott sted, men et slitent hotell med en del mangel på service. Hotellet har kanskje byens beste bade og solsteder, så det gjør at oppholdet var verdt alle penga :-) Selv med manglende service og et hotell som er modent for en oppussing så vil jeg anbefale et opphold her hvis du vil slappe av :-)

It is an amazing place to stay with children ,entertainment everyday, amazing staff,clean and an organized hotel that has everything you need. The food was another marvellous thing to experince in this place ,as you will have no boring menu to taste and try everyday

Aile olarak 5 gece konakladıgık ve gercekten güzel zaman gecirdik. Genel olarak herşey güzeldi ufak eksikler vardı ama otelin artısı daha cok oldugu için tavsiye edilir. Sadece odalarda siz istemedikçe sabun, şampuan ve diş seti koymuyorlar bunlar için ayrıca istekte bulunmanız lazım. Herşey için tekkür ederim. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle...

Otel berbat turist kalitesi berbat hak etmedigi bir ucret talep ediyor otel , durumuna ve katiletizligine gore cok pahali ..lokantasi kantin gibi ,masalar bakimsiz garsonlar egitimsiz .. yemek yenilen yerlerde hijyen sifir..guzelim oteli boyle bozmuslar cok yazik !!!lobide ayaklarini masalara uzantanlar yatanlar mi istersiniz hepsi mevcut bir istasyon gibi goruntusu !!!! Otel aslinda dunya standartlarina göre 3 *** hak ediyor !!!

Cadre idéal pour familles

Le cadre et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels. Très adaptés pour des vacances en famille avec enfants. Le nettoyage des bungalows est cependant décevant.Personnel accueillant et toujours souriant. Bravo et merci.

Très bon sejour

Excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique. Le personnel est d une grande gentillesse et ils parlent tous l anglais. Les chambres sont bien isolées. Néanmoins quelques détails font que cet hotel ne mérite pas le nom de "palace" mais club de vacances. (Porte douche salle de bain, gobelets bouteilles vides et meme préservatifs usagés sur le toit juste en dessous de notre terrasse... bref rien à voir par exemple avec le Hilton de kusadaci) il faudrait nettoyer les toits. Autre point positif le all inclusive (hormi les glaces ou les gaufres qu il faut payer et plus chères que sur le "cordon" en bord de mer à Izmir ! !). Enfin nombreuses piscines, activités et plage privée le tout surveilles. Je pense que nous reviendrons

Hotel - service and facilities not 5* - be careful

Ok - so I have down graded this hotel as we had a nightmare checking in and then having to move hotel the day before we were due to fly home! Originally I booked 6 nights here at the end of a break touring around Turkey. The booking was confirmed however two months before we were due to stay Hotels.com rang me to advise that this hotel was closing early and the hotel group had offered to move the reservation to another partner hotel - which was actually slightly more expensive (Club Turban) - for the same rate. I had a quick look at the hotel and agreed as it offered slightly better facilities and was a little closer to Marmaris. So we arrive at Club Turban ready to check in only to be told that it was only the last night of our stay that had been moved and that we would not be accommodated at Club Turban as they were full on two of the six nights we required. Hotels.com called both hotels and advised me that we would now be accommodated at Marmaris Palce for the whole stay and would not need to move for the last night. So we check into Marmaris Palace (room was clean in general but needed decorating especially the bathroom, air con was rubbish and we were at the top of three storeys without a lift) 3 * and that is generous. Of course we were then moved for the last night to Club Turban despite being promised that we would not. Ruined 3 days of a 6 night booking. Would not stay with this group again.

Отличный отель с курортным отдыхом

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Очень красивое место. Отель утопает в сосновом бору. Воздух такой, что голова кружится. Здорово! Море чистое, теплое. Пляж рядом с отелем,большое количество шезлонгов и зонтиков. Питание хорошее, баров много работают некоторые круглосуточно. Территория отеля очень большая. Нас было трое, всем понравилось, за исключением каких то мелочей, на которые даже не хочется обращать внимание.

Great Hotel and location.

The Marmaris Palace is a very good hotel and I would recommend it as well as returning in future. The location by the mountains and the beach is perfect. The room was modern and clean.

Oud, slecht eten, te weinig personeel

Wij hebben slechte ervaring met deze hotel, we vonden de service, eten en de kamer niet voldoende. Alles moet je zelf halen, weinig personeel je kan niemand vinden bij het zwembad eten steeds hetzelfde voor ons nooit meer!!
