"Our room was clean. The safe and 2 of outlets weren’t working but everything else was great. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds. We had breakfast included the mat was really useful. We ate at 7am on 2 morning and the restaurant was relatively quiet but on our last morning we ate at 9am and it was chaos but all of the buffet stations were well stocked. We used the shuttle bus but had to get an uber twice due to high demand. We stayed for the fireworks and ended up getting an uber (€18) back to the hotel as the line for the bus was huge. BE WARNED do not rely on taxis outside of Disney as there were many obvious scams going on. One family were being asked to pay €45 to get back to a hotel next to Grand magic, either use the shuttle or a ride share service."

"Great room lots of space and amenities There was water available 24/7 in the lobby A vending machine would be a good addition as we couldn’t get anything else to drink when we arrived but over at the Ibis across the road they served juices 24/7 so went there"

"Lovely hotel, we stayed one night before moving to a Disney hotel. I feel there may have been a mix up error with our rooms as I booked two rooms the same but I ended up in a room with a double bed to share with my grandchild, my daughter and husband were give a room with three beds so the grandchild stayed with then for the night. This did not spoil our stay though, there was a lot of effort that had gone into decorating for halloween too which was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location for Disney and also a visit to Val de Europe."

"If you can upgrade to a suite, do it! Great value, excellent facilities and the shuttle bus to Disney is perfect. Disney is no more than 5 minutes round the corner and they drop you right outside, at 11pm at night it was very welcomed. All the staff were really friendly, the pool area was great and we all enjoyed using the facilities. I cant comment on the food as we didn't eat there, our suite had a well equipped kitchen so we did our own breakfast"

"This was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. Our youngest also really enjoyed the indoor play area. My only comment would be that the evening buffet was quite expensive for the selection that was actually on offer, but the food was of great quality and there was more than enough for us. I would definitely consider returning again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Explorers Hotel! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were brilliant for families. The swimming pool was a great bonus, and the whole hotel had a fun atmosphere for the kids. The location was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris, making getting to and from the parks really easy. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for families visiting Disney! 🏰✨"

"It is Apartment hotel so cleaning services will only be once a week. Near disney abd there is free shuttle provided but it gets so busy in the morning. We booked a room for 3 people , 2 adults and 1 kid. They gave us a room with small bunk beds and one sofa bed. It was not comfortable so we changed to 2 bedrooms one and it was really better. Not very much clean outside rooms, the halls or when you open the windows you will see spider's webs everywhere on the corners of walls. Pool was not heated it was cold. Location is really good for disney visitors."
