"Enge Treppe mit ungleich hohen Stufen=> Sturzgefahr, Villa öffnet sich zum Parkplatz, um zum Pool zu gelangen muss man um das Haus herum gehen, es fehlt ein deutsches o englisches Manual für Waschmaschine und das Haus. Personal sehr nett und freundlich, allerdings wurde immer, wenn wir gegen 16.00 Uhr nach Hause kamen, der Pool gesäubert, sodas er nicht nutzbar war. "The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
