"Hersonissos is very chill. My hotel was fabulous- did not see a need to go out to clubs, etc., except for excursions, as it was all inclusive. There was nightly entertainment, 5 pools, several restaurants, and my own private beach. Very kid/

"Folia hotel apartments was very well kept, clean, newly renovated and everything was in good working order. They had a very nice breakfast buffet everyday for 10 euros. The pool area was clean and beautiful. We paid 3 euros/day to park our car. The driveway up was steep and the parking spot a bit tight, but everything worked out great. We even had a little patio area out back for eating and viewing the sea. The owners and staff were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. "

The mansion is beautiful, our room was amazing with a private balcony and the pool looks over the valley and Heraklion. Go to the village restaurant Stelios recommends, it was one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. I saw a review complaining about a dog, the property has a fence around it and a gate so I don’t understand the complaint. I also didn’t hear or see a dog and the area seemed...

"Perfect location for what we needed. We stayed in a sea view

room which was two interconnected rooms with balcony. Hotel was not busy and the pool was quiet and refreshing. 10 minute walk into centre but we took the 15 minute scenic route down to the bay and Along the seafront. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would return and highly recommend. Thanks to all that made our stay very enjoyable."
