“L’hôtel est très bien.Toutefois, des améliorations devraient être apportées pour améliorer le séjour: -changer les matelas qui ne sont vraiment pas confortables. -entretenir les chambres après 2-3 jours; -entretenir la piscine dans lequel nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner puisqu’elle était non convenable. Marco a toutefois été très gentil et a donné suite à nos demandes.”
