"We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location near the core of the old city. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking while limited was super convenient and close. Clean and modern room. The only observation with the room was there was limited space to lay our suitcases for easy access but in reality, not a big issue."

"From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. Location wise, the suites are in a prime location to explore the historical areas in Heraklion and enjoy a bit of retail therapy while enjoying the Cretan culture and hospitality The suites themselves…….. WOW!!! They are stunning, the styling is beautifully done, very luxurious and the attention to detail is amazing. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly want and our only regret was not staying there a little longer, but we will definitely be back in the future. "
