Friendly and helpful staff at reception, cafe next door and housekeeping. We were able to communicate primarily in English, went the extra mile when I gave the wrong info for shuttle pickup. Shower area could use a ledge for soaps etc - kitchen could use some dishcloths.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its cleanliness and spaciousness. The surrounding area was peaceful, with plenty of grocery stores nearby, making it convenient for guests. However, the only downside was the unstable wifi connection, which could be frustrating for those needing reliable internet access during their stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience marred slightly by the connectivity issue.

The property is very nice all basic necessity are available. Unfortunately the kitchen hob is not very good only one ring worked. The staff were absolutely awesome they were soo kind and helpful . The property is 5 mins away from carreden mall

L'appartement était particulièrement propre. Bien entretenu, silencieux bien équipé. Situé dans le quartier Gueliz, on peu y trouver rapidement un bus. Le restaurant au pied de l'immeuble est très bien. Une boulangerie situé à 50m est bien appréciable. Je recommande cet appartement

Moyen...un appart hôtel bruyant et sale
Un appartement moyennement propre, wifi bas débit donc inefficace. Même si l'hôtel était bien situé car proche des commerces, nous l'avons trouvé plutôt bas de gamme pour le prix affiché (pas de parking, accueil réception exiguë, ascenseur max 2 personnes, fenêtre du balcon sans isolation phonique (pas terrible dans un hébergement situé dans une avenue extrêmement bruyante...), 2 chaises et mini table de terrasse pour 4 personnes, mobilier désuet et sale, couverts manquants, frigo vieillot, assiette ébréchée, produits de bain inexistant...) Bref, nous avons été très déçus et nous avons très mal dormi. Nous ne recommanderons pas cet appartement que nous avons très cher, le rapport qualité prix ne fut pas au rendez-vous.

I be staying in the Gueliz district next time when visiting. Great hotel..suites one bedroom with everything you need, full kitchen and amenities. Is better than medina unless you want to try the riads and 10min bus ride to Jemel el fna makes it convenient. Quick service as well as I remember

Eccellente posizione della struttura, reception molto accogliente e sempre disponibile, servizio di pulizia oltre le aspettative. Appartamento grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Nota di spicco: letto comodissimo! Nota negativa: taxi per aeroporto, in accordo con la reception era stato promesso taxi privato, ma in realtà era un comune taxi presente in strada ad una tariffa ovviamente maggiore.

The entire staff were quite friendly and willing to support and help. The only issue was the Ethernet was quite slow and at times goes off, breakfast wasn’t a buffet.

As it is the property is not bad. It is a big apartment located in a bustling neighborhood close to a major mall and other shopping. The big issue is the lack of any help from the people on site. In all the properties we visited in various cities in Morocco, the people here were least interested in helping us tour Marrakech. Not only that we requested a Cab to the train station since we had to catch a train early in the morning and there was no cab waiting for us. With luggage and local cabs having a limit of two per cab made it difficult for us to find a ride at such an early hour. We barely made it time. Also we asked the timings to the mall knowing that it was Ramadan, the guy at the reception said no Ramadan open at all times, which was not true. The people at the reception have no interest in their guests.

The property is ok, bed is not comfortable, and it’s quite noisy because of nearby street. Don’t bother purchasing breakfast. It’s provided by the cafe nearby and the quality is awful, like really bad. They messed up our orders and it took forever to get the most mediocre food. Staff at the hotel itself was professional and nice. Overall, good place to stay if you’re tired of Medina and Riads but nothing special.

This is an excellent apartment hotel, offering substantially more space than a regular hotel. It is modern and clean. The reception manager was very helpful. Small negatives: only one lift, the light switches in the stairwell turn off quickly

Apartamento espaçoso, mas precisando de alguns reparos em pintura e alguma melhora na decoração. A opção é boa para famílias maiores, e para quem já conhece e quer uma experiência fora da Medina. Boa localização para a parte moderna, perto do belíssimo Majorelle, com boas opções de restaurantes e comércio tradicional. O café da manhã é simples e pouco variado, mas OK. Vale pelo custoxbenefício. E a equipe de funcionários é ótima, prestativa e muito simpáticos.

Brilliant stay
I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone! I have never left a review before but the service was too good not to encourage others- the staff truly are wonderful, special shout out to Abdul Malik who ensured we were comfortable for our entire stay and provided information about day trips which we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent service, a beautiful view and very convenient- the kitchen had all items required. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so lovely.

Spacious comfortable apartment
Spacious comfortable apartment. Wifi was spasmodic, very few English tv channels (only news ), 2nd tv didn't work (not tuned in). The apartment was spacious, however lacked a microwave and very few cooking utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had problems with the apartment when we first checked in but the staff moved us to another apartment when they were made aware of issues. Location was good with many cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Short walk to Carre Eden shopping centre. Number of bus stops close by. 35 minute walk to the Medina/Old Town. Upper floors accessible by lift. 24hr reception. Overall a nice comfortable apartment.

The property is situated in walking distance of many restaurants in the french section. It's a long-is walk to the main square and the souks but not too bad as long as you stay out of the sun. The apartment was large and we were placed in the back so less noise. We had booked for several days in a row but found a tour to the Sahara and asked to change Saturday (higher rate) night for a Monday night instead. After a couple of discussions they allowed us to make that change which was very kind. Taxi to the airport should only be a max of 100DAC despite what the front desk guy said (200 is ridiculous).

thank you for you comment. we are so happy that you liked the apartment. For the prise of the taxis here in marrakesh, if you book it it will cost you 200 MAD, of course it not the same as if you take the taxi directly, the prise will be between 80 and 100 MAD

Great place to stay.
It was everything we had hoped for in a hotel in Marrakech. Very clean, people were very nice, excellent breakfast was included. As a side note, great pizza across the street.

Organizado e limpo, bem localizado. No bairro Gueliz dar para caminhar até a medina ou pegar um táxi (40 MAD). Café da manhã excelente, que por causa do Ramadã era servido no quarto. Banheiro perfeito limpo e novo. A única coisa que poderia ser melhor é a vedação do chuveiro que acaba molhando o banheiro.
