"Ideal location, walking distance for main activities. The hotel itself is beautiful and really well looked after. It is very in tune with the cultural experience of Marrakech. The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious. Each room seems different some had side tables some didnt but as I was only there for a long weekend it fit the bill. Overall great experience"

"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"The staff are so friendly and considerate. Room was a great size with great facilities and spotlessly clean. The pool area was lovely and staff to bring you drinks and food were very helpful."
