"The hotel itself is amazing. You feel like you’re somewhere else not California. The pool is the main vibe. Very cool. Very retro. The front desk staff and valets were great help. Cons: idk if construction was going on but we heard hammering around 8am. Then we heard construction workers in rooms so that was annoying. Coming for rest and getting loud sounds is disappointing. There’s no phone in the room and ice is basically a mission. We also don’t have a garbage can in our room. The water in our shower was also backing up. The toilet paper is cheap. Idk if I’d stay here again but I am glad I stayed because it’s one of those places I would’ve always wondered what it’s like."

"The Dextro is a nice place to stay, but the traffic noise is a bit much at night. Wish I had brought my ear plugs for better sleep. Nice little bar and restaurant that serves breakfast and light dinner snacks. Great bartender! "

"It was great stay, reception at the front desk was very professional. The only suggestion may be made it’s probably check the toiletries while cleaning the room and refilling so the guest doesn’t have to go to ask for at front desk, and more towels… And location is great the building is good… "
