It was a great stay especially their cookies but other places were close off and first time there with my husband and we were looking for a family oriented hotel with more activities besides pool which was nice but was looking forward to more festivals within the hotel.

Great property, great location, the room was not as clean as I expected. Had a musty smell and the carpet looked filthy. I was afraid to take my shoes off. It was probably stains, but off-putting for sure.

Room had ants. Switched rooms 2 other times and both were dirty. Front desk person didn’t seem to care. Not a clean hotel. Morning manager never seemed to show up when I was told. Not a good place to stay.

The staff was kind and courteous , the rooms were clean, well and supplied with necessities. We received free cookies upon entry, the gym, indoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The only surprise that was quite significant and is not mentioned in the Expedia or hotel site description is that doubletree charges $40 for parking daily. That was a surprise! My children and I had to park outside on the limited parking. We circled and circled the area looking for parking until we found one about 1 block away. That was the only inconvenience.
