“The Faraway hotel in Edgartown is one of the nicest hotels on Martha's Vineyard. The location is unbeatable. They have their own parking lot which is key on the island. From the time you walk into the stunning lobby you are met by attentive staff and the hotels own signature fragrance. The rooms are spacious, updated and very clean. And the pool is an oasis in itself. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island.”

“If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was in a Paris suite. The room was beautiful and just lovely, comfortable and very cozy. It was small but compact. I’m telling you, it had everything you needed: television, table/desk, chair, small sink and very functional. The bathroom shower was perfect size and enough room to use bathroom comfortably. Very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. They even had a small refrigerator. It was just beautiful with a nice dresser to put your clothes in...

“We had a fantastic week at the Harbor View. Staff were all excellent and helpful! Loved sitting on the veranda having coffee. Beds and room amenities were great. The only thing I would have been happier with is if there had been a separate baby pool for the youngest kids. I really enjoyed the pool but once lots of kids and babies started using it I was not interested and felt I was unable to enjoy it.”

“The inn and my room were lovely and a great way to pamper yourself. Staff was incredibly accommodating and the croissants, coffee and warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were top notch. The temp in my room was tricky to control and an extra blanket would have been nice but otherwise everything was perfect.”
