Convenient location, easy to find the hotel, located near the train station and the city center. Nice staff. Fast check-in at the reception, a small treat in the hotel lobby. Clean, liked the towels and bed linen, large TV screen, WiFi.there are thick curtains for a good night's sleep in the dark. We booked two beds separately, we had to move them apart ourselves. The room was above the roof of the first floor and it was noisy from the working motors of the equipment. The air conditioner did not work in the room. There was only soap, but no shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there were no cups and coffee capsules. No refrigerator. I would like a kettle and hooks in the bathroom.

What is the world coming to when a hotel is rationing you to 1 Nespresso capsule. I assumed was a mistake and asked reception for another and was told would have to pay CHF2 for each extra capsule!!!! Staff pleasant enough, lobby really nice and modern, rest of hotel and rooms a little dated. I stayed on 5th floor and is a musty smell, also a whiff of sewers as if not good ventilation.
