“I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. “The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.”
