“Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price”

“Really disappointed with finding rubbish from previous tenants on balcony, possibly from more than a week, also the photos depicting the lawn area on site are misleading as the lawn area is very small and you think the place is in the country but it is not. My daughter had to clean the dishwasher and sink incinerator as it smelt really bad, for what I paid for the accommodation one would expect it to be clean. Also wooden walk area to the very small back yard is rotten, and the gate does not...
