A really nice place to stay. The owners are fantastic and went out of their way to help. Balcony was nice and is a great place to chill in the afternoon. A short stroll to the old part of town with many restaurants and bars.

Det som kan vara viktigt är att tydliggöra att det handlar om lägenhetshotell och inte ett vanligt hotell, det kom som en överraskning. Vidare så är det bra om att informationen om t.ex. i incheckning, parkering osv. också förmedlas dem på engelska.

Il proprietario, Pasquale, di una gentilezza unica. Camera pulitissima, e con tutti i comfort. Centralissima, a pochi passi da una delle strade principali di Matera dove ci sono ristoranti, locali e negozi.
