"Staff was welcoming. The first room smell was unbearable and the receptionist offered another room but didn’t think she would have any more rooms left at the time so we went to a second room which was less smelling even though the bed smell and didn’t feel fresh and the bathroom floor had a dirt muddy look all over it. The tub had hair and mildew in it. Rooms to my surprise were very dirty, smells were unpleasant and bathroom floors were very filthy as if they weren’t clean for a long period of time. I stayed at this hotel with my family before and at that time the rooms were so clean, no unpleasant smells, beds were clean and smell fresh, the bathroom was clean and it made my family happy to book another stay as we travel and stop by family members who live near that location. But after this last visit we were disappointed by how the rooms were unclean and we actually felt disgusted.
The front desk staff is very friendly.
The breakfast was great and they offered a good variety of food.
There is fresh lemon water by the reception area, coffee and tea as a curtesy, which is a nice touch.
I’m not sure if I would like to return to this location again because after a long 12 hours of driving we really didn’t feel good about relaxing in a dirty and smelly room.
We’re going to check out the reviews in the future trips and if cleanliness is addressed we might reconsider.
Parking was not a problem. And noise is not a problem either. Location is pretty good."
