Very bad Hotel nad condition!

The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive. The receptionist is not so friendly too. The condition of the hotel and level is not so good so at same price you can find forward more accomodation. I'll never back here!!!!
