It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"Report was nice, clean and well Maintained as far as we could tell. Seems ridiculous you have to pay for a towel for the pool or beach. They say it is to launder it - but that should be included in the amount you pay for the room. Obviously if you are staying at a place with a pool and a beach you are going to need a towel. Just a cash grab in my opinion."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming on my arrival. I booked a double deluxe room and was given the largest room on arrival. It was clean, quiet and very spacious for one person. I slept very well during my stay as the bed was extremely comfortable. The gardens are well maintained and spacious and the area around the pool is a haven of tranquility. It’s unfortunate that the pools are not large enough to swim in. Breakfast was sufficient, although I had to request a cappuccino on several occasions. The hotel is a short walk from the archaeological park and the nearby restaurants."

"Nice hotel with lovely grounds and pool area. Room had good AC and a small shower with amazing water pressure. Check-in was a bit slow and disorganized, but staff were friendly enough to. Restaurant is quite good, an important consideration as there are not a ton of options nearby unless you have a car. Easy walk to the Paestum archaeological park. Pool patrons are required to wear a bathing cap (these can be purchased at the hotel — helpful for those of us who hadn’t seen one in decades). Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices and good coffee. Dinner at the restaurant was also well worth it, particularly the pineapple ice cream crumble dessert. Would definitely recommend this property."
